We at Suffolk Machinery are proud to introduce a Carbide Tipped woodcutting blade that has earned the Timber Wolf name.

This blade is 1" wide with a .035 thick blade body. We use a 2/3 variable pitch tooth, which incorporates a multi-chip face grind with 4 different profiles and 8 different tooth heights to produce the best possible finish with only .060 kerf. This will reduce the need for sanding and planing by as much as 70%. The multi-chip face grind and variable pitch tooth design also substantially reduce heat and produce more airflow, which keeps the carbide significantly cooler for longer life. We also use a superior blade body alloy that dramatically increases flex life over other standard carbide blades. (Please call for pricing)

This blade is designed to cut wood with moisture content of 10% or less
and can only be used on 18" and larger vertical band saws.
